The municipalities in Nordhordland: Austrheim, Fedje, Lindås, Masfjorden, Meland, Modalen, Osterøy, Radøy and Vaksdal, have established a joint ICT operational company, with Osterøy municipality as the host municipality. The legal contract will be entered into with Osterøy municipality on behalf of IKTNH. In addition Austevoll municipality shall benefit from the contract.
Various municipal and inter-municipal companies in the municipalities shall be able to use the contract. This also applies to the church offices in the municipalities.
Interkommunale IKT-tenester Nordhordland (IKTNH) has an estimated procurement volume per annum of approx. 6 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
This enquiry is mainly for PCs, tablets, monitors, network equipment and other periphery equipment connected to IT systems for the administration and school sector. The volume will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation, activities and other framework factors. The estimated procurement volume must therefore be seen as a guideline.
The aim is to procure future orientated systems and that IKTNH shall be offered new technologies as and when they become available and interesting. The IT equipment shall be available with the simplest possible price models.
