The Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian: PFT) (the Contracting Authority) shall, on behalf of the Client, enter into a framework agreement for relocation services. A detailed description of the framework agreement's Lots and Clients is given in Appendix 3 ‘Administrative bestemmelser’ (‘Administrative provisions’).
