The schools in Oslo need a framework agreement that covers our need for removal services. The framework agreement will cover all types of removal services.
The scope will vary a lot from year to year, depending on construction projects. Based on historical figures, the scope of removal services will be NOK 10 - NOK 20 million a year.
The removal services will have very different scopes. In addition to minor assignments in schools, UDA administers a major removal project for construction projects in schools in Oslo.
The removal projects can include everything from normal classrooms and workplaces to woodwork rooms, pianos, organs, and large machines, storage containers, etc.
The removal project in the schools in Oslo has a complex nature, i.e., the agency must have the capacity to handle large removal services under great time pressure, as well as a large amount of flexibility.
There can be several simultaneous major removal processes in the same period. This problem often occurs in the summer holiday and other school holidays during the year.

The removal project in the schools in Oslo has a complex nature, i.e., the contracted agency must have the capacity to handle large removals under a lot of time pressure, as well as a large amount of flexibility.

There can be several simultaneous major removal processes in the same period. This problem often occurs in the summer holiday and other school holidays during the school year.

The project manager service:

The project manager role is particularly important as the person in question will have the main responsibility for planning, coordination, and implementation. The project manager must always have an overview of all projects and report to UDE. The project manager must ensure that there is the correct staff for each removal service, so that the removal service can be completed on time at the right cost and quality. The removal agency must ensure that there is a competent deputy if the project manager is sick or absent.

Most of the removal services will be in the school summer holiday. It is a prerequisite for the schools in Oslo that the project manager is on site during the entire main removal service in June-August.

Budget follow-up:

UDE is to be provided with a budget for municipal projects after a review of the portfolio.

The project manager must ensure that the budget is not exceeded. Written notification must be submitted if the budget is exceeded.

The project manager will be responsible for arranging meetings with cooperation partners such as the school, building owner, and other project management. Minutes must be sent from all meetings.

Weekly reports must be written and submitted in periods with activity.
