The purpose of the contract is ensure assistance for the implementation of the relocation process to the New SUS in connection with construction phase 1. The requirement comprises two lots, one consultancy service lot and one relocation lot.
The estimated contract value is NOK 17,000,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the contract if the result of the procurement entails a significant cost increase in relation to what is budgeted for the contract.

Description of need for consultancy services
- Advice to Helse Stavanger HF [Stavanger Hospital Trust] in relation to relocation strategy and relocation plans, including support for specifying the relocation strategy and preparation of relocation plans for all equipment in the range from heavy Medical Technical Equipment (Norwegian: MTU) to smaller basic equipment

Advice to Helse Stavanger [Stavanger Hospital Trust] in relation to the preparation and maintenance of an overall plan for the final phase, including preparation and commissioning of the new buildings at Ullandhaug, as well as assistance in identifying risk.
