E39 Rogfast is a subsea tunnel between Randaberg and Bokn, with an arm up to Kvitsøy in Rogaland. Reflection and refraction seismic has already been performed, at sea and on land, together with coring from Kvitsøy and Alstein. Coring will now be performed from Bokn to reduce project uncertainty with regard to construction costs and construction technical execution.
