The scope is the entire development plan 'E39 Fjellvegen - Hafstadvegen', with the exception of the squares in Hafstadvegen, small part of the development area in the north west, and part of the municipal road in the south east. An extract from the development plan is in the tender documentation, chapter A. Areas that are not part of this contract are shown with a cross.
