Førdefjorden Energi AS has a concession for the development and delivery of hot water from an energy centre, with the construction of the energy centre at Øyrane and the delivery of ‘District Heating’ to customers in the centre of Førde.
The energy centre will have a footprint of approx. 700 m
In addition to the energy centre there will be intake and emission pipelines from and to Førde Fjord and approx. 3 100 m of pipeline ditches from the energy centre to the central hospital with 2 district heating pipes and 2 district cooling pipes as well as service pipes to customer centres.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Contract LN1 and LN3 (option):
The pipeline network extent (ditch work and pipeline installations) can be extended if a contract is signed for the delivery of district heating to more customers than those included in the tender documentation. The estimated extent of the options can make up approx. 25 % of the contract value for contracts LN1 and LN3.

Contract KA1 (option):
Option to expand the contract if a contract is signed for the delivery of district heating to more customers than those included in the tender documentation.. The contract can then be expanded with delivery to more customer installations.
Contract ES8 energy centre. Gas boiler and burners:
Option 1: Delivery of a boiler, burner and flue gas system for construction stage 2. Size of boiler 4 MW.
Option 2: Delivery of 3 x 6 MW gas boiler instead of 1 x 2 MW plus 3 x 4 MW. 1 boiler shall be delivered in construction stage 2.
Note: If chosen, this option will replace the equipment in the main delivery.
Option 3: Delivery of complete installations for bio-oil with boiler sizes: 1 x 2 MW + 3 x 4 MW. This includes a buried tank for bio-oil, heat circulation system for bio-oil in the tank, boiler for bio-oil, burner with oil feed system for bio-oil and complete chimney and flue gas system for the boilers.
