UDI shall enter into a Framework Agreement with service provider of an information and advisory service for au-pairs and host families.
The information and advisory service shall provide guidelines and assistance to au-pairs and host families. The service shall also work as a contact point. The service must provide guidelines and assistance for all aspects of the system, in such a way that au-pairs and host families get a realistic impression of their rights and obligations.

UDI shall enter into six (6) parallel Framework Agreements for the implementation of the service “Customised information about assisted return of persons without legal residence that are not in included in the asylum seeker intake”.
