UDI has a need for services that can reach as many people as possible in the largest possible geographic area, in 1 or more towns / regions in Norway. Towns / regions that are particularly relevant are the Oslo area, Bergen, Stavanger / Sandnes, Trondheim, Drammen, Porsgrunn / Skien, Kristiansand, Hamar / Lillehammer / Gjøvik, Tromsø and Bodø.
The contract period for parallel Framework Agreements applies from signing of the contract and throughout 2018 with options to extend in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

UDI shall enter into six (6) parallel Framework Agreements for the implementation of the service “Customised information about assisted return of persons without legal residence that are not included in the asylum seeker intake”.
Utlendingsdirektoratet (UDI) [the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration] has assisted returns as part of their social mission and has had a programme for assisted returns since 2002.
The scheme shall offer an organised, secure and dignified return opportunity for asylum seekers and foreigners without legal residence in Norway. The service shall contribute to persons without legal residence and not included in the asylum seeker intake receive good information and guidance about assisted return, and the consequences of staying illegally and what rights and obligations they have in Norway.

The contract period for the parallel Framework Agreement applies from signing of the contract and throughout 2018 with options to extend in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Contract for implementation of services and assignments in the period 2019-2021 in accordance with parallel Framework Agreement, awarded via mini-competition.
The procurement is estimated to have an upper value of 16 800 000,00 NOK in total during the agreement period from 2018 and signing of the Framework Agreement, and throughout 2021. The service is not VAT obligated.
Implementation of the service for 2018 has an estimated value of 600 000,00 NOK per contract awarded.
Varighet: 48 måneder

The Contracting Authority has the right to extend the Framework Agreements with options for up to 1 year + 1 year + 1 year (1 year at a time).
