The contract is for:
A: Framework agreement for the procurement of 10 new parking meters with the accompanying back system, which shall be delivered a short time after the contract has been signed, as well as the right to procure more new parking meters in the contract period as needed. The awarding authority is not bound as regards the volume beyond 10 parking meters in the contract period. The contract also includes service and maintenance. See the specifications annex A.
