2022-10-28Product development of organic food and drink from Norwegian agriculture (Landbruksdirektoratet)
The purpose of the procurement is to increase the range, volume and quality of organic food and beverage from agriculture in all turnover areas. This will be achieved through the establishment of a three-year project which will offer guidance to food processing companies that require increased knowledge and/or practical assistance in the development of new or improved organic products, based on organic raw materials from Norwegian agriculture.

2022-09-20Guidance offer for organic food and sustainable menus in institutional households (Landbruksdirektoratet)
In this year's agricultural agreement (Prop. 120 S - June 2022) it states that "The Food Choice project provides public and private institutional households with guidance on how they can increase the proportion of organic food in their operations and switch to a more sustainable menu. This is an important targeted measure to increase the consumption of organic food aimed at the part of the consumer chain that includes institutional households."
