At Høvringen treatment plant, the Contracting Authority has stopped using heating oil and started using LPG gas for heating. In connection with this the Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement regarding the purchase and delivery of LPG gas in bulk.
During the agreement period it may be relevant that other entities at the Contracting Authority will use heating with LPG gas, and therefore participate in the agreement.

2011-02-07Framework agreement for gas (Nasjonalt folkehelseinstitutt)
The Norwegian Institute of Public Health shall hold an open tender competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of gas. In order to estimate the volume, we have used the gas consumption for 2009. This gave a sum of approx. 1 000 000 NOK. See point 3 Technical Specifications.
