Tenderers shall be third party certified as environmental management, in the form of EMAS, ISO 14001 or The Eco-Lighthouse. The certification shall be valid within 1 year from when the contract is initiated and during the entire contract period. If the tenderer shall be re-certified during the contract period, a new valid certificate shall be sent to Sykehusinnkjøp HF as soon as it is ready and without request. The contracting authority will also accept other equivalent certificates issued by bodies in other EEA states.
