Haugesund Municipality invites tenderers to a contest for a partnering contract for Haugesund swimming pool and school of arts.
Following the contracting phase, a partnering phase shall be executed between the contractor and the contracting authority. This shall outline the basis for the contracting authority's decision regarding the award of a contract for phase 2 that may result in a turnkey contract.
