The building, with a gross area of approx. 10 400 m2, shall be located at a building plot at UNN, the University Hospital of North Norway, department Harstad. The building is planned over 4 floors and is located at the southwest / northwest, lying in parallel to St. Olavs gate in Harstad, Troms og Finnmark County. The project also includes
a parking basement below the building. This is an option in addition to the 4 floors. The gross area of the parking basement is approx. 2 890 m2.
