Contract C31, General Contract Building, includes construction of workshop building (approx. 8 000 m²), administration building (approx. 4 000 m²) and rectifier building.
Contract C31 also includes establishment of ditches and pipe ways for water and sewage, power lines, telecommunication, signal, traction current, district heating and drainage. In connection with the construction of a new 4 lane motorway E 18 between Sky and Langangen in Vestfold and Telemark two (2) rest areas shall be constructed with buildings lying on both sides of the E18.
