Only for public building and construction works: During the reference period the tenderer has carried out the following work of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to five years experience and allow experience from the previous five years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Relevant experience: Tenderers shall document relevant experience from comparable construction projects by referring to a minimum of two, a maximum of five reference projects carried out in the last five years.
The reference projects shall cumulatively document experience with the central elements of the project, including:
Construction of function buildings with technically complex installations, including heating and ventilation.
Bus or vehicle related operational installations, including washing halls, workshops etc.
Office and personnel facilities, including changing rooms and kitchen/dining rooms.
Documentation: Annex 1.4. List (minimum 2, maximum 5) of relevant assignments carried out during the last 5 years.
The list shall include information on the contracting authority's value, scope, date and reference person. (The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the reference person if necessary).
