Contract C31, General Contract Building, includes construction of workshop building (approx. 8 000 m²), administration building (approx. 4 000 m²) and rectifier building.
Contract C31 also includes establishment of ditches and pipe ways for water and sewage, power lines, telecommunication, signal, traction current, district heating and drainage. Foundations for railroad car hall shall be constructed. In addition the contract includes landscape works, fences, gates, internal roads and parking lots.

Preparatory works in relation to laying of tracks. The laying of tracks shall be executed in a separate contract. Outdoor areas between the tracks shall be asphalted in some places. Internal roads and parking lots shall be constructed.
