Akershus kollektivterminaler (AKT) would like to enter into a turnkey contract for the modernisation and upgrade of Oslo bus terminal.
Galleri Oslo and Oslo bus terminal were built in approx. 1990 and will probably be one of Oslo's most important public transport hubs until a new bus terminal is ready over the tracks at Oslo S around 2030. The bus terminal therefore needs a face lift and better customer facilities at a level expected in 2018.

Oslo kommune has started works to secure the previous landfill site at the Langøyene and facilitate for recreation and bathing for Oslo's growing population.
