Akershus kollektivterminaler (AKT) would like to enter into a turnkey contract for the modernisation and upgrade of Oslo bus terminal.
Galleri Oslo and Oslo bus terminal were built in approx. 1990 and will probably be one of Oslo's most important public transport hubs until a new bus terminal is ready over the tracks at Oslo S around 2030. The bus terminal therefore needs a face lift and better customer facilities at a level expected in 2018.
The terminal must be operative throughout the entire construction period, consideration must be given to both buses, passengers and other residents/tenants in Galleri Oslo. The terminal shall be in operation throughout the entire reconstruction period and great demands will be placed on the turnkey contractor.

Oslo bus terminal shall be modernised and upgraded in order to meet the current requirements for a modern bus station. Tender offers shall be submitted for complete works in connection with engineering design, reconstruction and rehabilitation of the bus terminal. The new design involves; the terminal's interior premises will be rebuilt and modernised. Particular emphasis will be put on a large central HUB, as well as better facilities for the drivers.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to comply with the contractual regulations. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,

— The company's two last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers. If the Annual Financial Statements for 2017 are not completed, relevant documentation must be presented for this financial year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Equivalent assignments means:

2. A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.

3. To ensure compliance with relevant environment requirements in the contract, the tenderer is required to possess sufficient relevant environmental expertise, management systems and procedures for quality assurance of the services concerned.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1. Description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the last 5 years.

The description must provide:

— value of the assignment,

— size in total m2,

— form of contract,

— type of building,

— type of assignment (new construction/rehabilitation etc.),

— date of implementation,

— Contracting Authority (name, telephone number and email).

It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

2. Report regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system. Must contain information about the system name, detailed content description and information regarding how the system is used in practice or a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.

3. Report on the tenderer's environmental expertise and procedures that document that the requirement is met regarding environmental conditions.

If this is described in the company's quality - or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent third- party verified systems, the submission of a valid certificate will suffice.
