With this notice DSB issues an invitation to a competition for parallel framework agreements. The object of the agreement is to meet the Award authority's need for purchase of fuel, heating oil, bulk products and car accessories. The agreement shall apply to all the Award authority's activities, including 20 civil defence districts, 5-electrical inspections,3 schools and 120 peacekeeping groups.
