The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement that shall cover the Norwegian Armed Forces' need for original air and liquid filters.
Original air and liquid filters are to be understood as all the filters must be produced and certified by the manufacturer of the engines/equipment in which the filters are to be used.
The filters will mainly be procured for the Navy´s vessels, the Army's vehicles, and garages.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 20 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder

The contracting authority will have the option to extend the framework agreement one or more times for a further two years.

The contracting authority will have the option to extend the framework agreement one or more times for a further two years. The maximum contract period is 4 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
REQUIREMENT: The tenderer must be registered in a trade register or company register. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: The tenderer must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. A credit rating of 'credit worthy' or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must not be older than 3 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The tenderer must have good experience from similar deliveries. Documentation requirement: An overview of the tenderer´s 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of deliveries that the tenderer carried out more than 3 years ago can also be taken into consideration. The overview must include an indication of: The assignment's value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address), and a short description of the delivery. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Requirement: The tenderer must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the delivery. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: A description of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract. A description of the organisation structure with an overview of available personnel, stores structure, logistics systems (goods transport network), and other relevant information. REQUIREMENT: The tenderer must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: A description of the tenderer´s quality assurance methods. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate. REQUIREMENT: The tenderer must have a good environment management system. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: A description of the environmental management measures that have been implemented in the company. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
