The framework agreement shall cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency and other contracting authorities, their need for ventilation filters and accompanying materials in connection with operation, maintenance and other improvements to the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s buildings and installations. The consumption mainly includes materials for work carried out on their own, but it can also be used for larger orders and projects.

A framework agreement shall be entered into with one supplier for delivery of filters to ventilation systems in municipal buildings. The agreement includes purchase of filters to operation and maintenance after the buildings are in use.
