Bærum kommune
A framework agreement shall be entered into with one supplier for delivery of filters to ventilation systems in municipal buildings. The agreement includes purchase of filters to operation and maintenance after the buildings are in use. When new buildings are turned over, filters are a part of the delivery and are therefore not included in this contest.

The agreement period is 2 years with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement):

— the company shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

The Awarding Authority will use the total report system from Creditinform/Experian. The Awarding Authority will collect this report himself and it shall be used as a basis for the assessment.
Newly established companies, or companies that cannot be subject to credit appraisal, holding company guarantee can be given instead or equivalent which provide corresponding guarantee for implementation ability.
Creditworthiness and turnover requirements:
— the company must have economic and financial solidity which ensures the Awarding Authority that the company has financial capacity during the entire contract period.
The required minimum creditworthiness rating is AA or similar that the company has a good creditworthiness. This requires a turnover of minimum 5 000 000 NOK per annum for the previous 3 years.

Documentation, experience:
The company’s relevant deliveries for the previous 5 years, including values, dates and recipients. Based on this list, the company shall state telephone nos. and e-mail addresses for the 2 most relevant references. The references will be contacted upon requirements.

Overview of the company’s total manpower and manpower proposed for this assignment (organization chart) with names and CVs for the key personnel. The key personnel is defined as contact person and the professional liable.
Documentation, implementation ability: Statement of the company’s average manpower for the previous 3 years available for implementation of the contract.
If the company does not have the required qualifications but rely on other suppliers in order to be qualified, corresponding documentation for these must be presented.
Experience: the company must have sufficient experience and professional qualifications within the contract field.
Implementation ability: the company must have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.
