The purpose of the procurement is to meet the police's need for quick uniforming in civilian missions. The contracting authority has developed a new quick uniforming concept consisting of reversible jackets, vests and caps, all with reflectors.
The need for quick uniforming will be relevant both for the units that work permanently in civilian roles and those whose civilian duties are only sporadic in addition to uniformed service.
