The objective of the tender competition is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for delivery of reflector products to youngsters and adults. The purpose of the procurement is to improve the visibility of pedestrians and bicycling children/adults when dark. The Agency for Urban Environment's objective is to ensure safety and quality.
The Contracting Authority shall procure reflector products, i.a. reflector vests, Slap-wrap reflectors, reflector armlets, reflector discs, reflector figures, sticker reflectors, bicycle reflectors. Option for ordering other types of reflector products.

These premises are the actual core in the terms for framework agreements. Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority's needs materialise.
