Statsforvalteren’s (the Public Administrator's) employees need hire vehicles for various tours, site inspections and meetings in different parts of the counties they are located in. A government joint contract for hire vehicles is being planned, but the contracting authority needs a separate contract until this new government joint contract comes into force.
