Hordaland Police District, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, runs a personnel canteen at the police building in the centre of Bergen. The canteen has up to 100 visitors per day. The awarding authority would lilke a framework agreement for soft tissue paper, disposable equipment and hygiene products. There are local contracts for some of the office addresses which completely or partly overlap with this contract. These units will use the contract to the degree that they do not have separate contracts.
