The awarding authority would lilke a framework agreement for soft tissue paper, disposable equipment and hygiene products.
There are local contracts for some of the office addresses which completely or partly overlap with this contract. These units will use the contract to the degree that they do not have separate contracts. The Norwegian Mapping Authority's main office in Hønefoss at the Norwegian Mapping Authority Sea in Stavanger will use the whole of the framework agreement from its start date.
The extent of the contract is estimated to over 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

— Account of the supplier’s quality assurance system;
— Alternatively a copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation can be enclosed.

The supplier shall have good experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent means, among other things, serving an organisation which is spread over the whole of Norway.
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services which shall be provided.

As we had to totally reject the received tenders in this competition due to deviations and uncertainties in accordance with § 22-1 (2), we have chosen to cancel the competition and hold a negotiated procedure in accordance with § 14-4b. We have not made any changes in the tender documents for the prior notice, only further clarification of some points. An offer to participate in the competition was sent to all four suppliers.
