Bane NOR would like to establish parallel framework agreements for the procurement of transmission equipment, service/operation/maintenance, and a management system. The framework agreements will be procured after a contest with negotiations, in which tenderers are qualified within the 6 stated product areas. Call-offs will be made through mini-competitions with qualified tenderers within each product area. The government's standard contract SSA-R will be used for the parallel framework agreements.
