Bergen kommune

This contest concerns the establishment of three (3) framework agreements with Bergen kommune:
1) Delivery of switches (network products) as specified in the contest;
2) Delivery of supplies/accessories for products requested under Part 1;
3) Installation and configuration of products requested under part 1 (service).
For Parts 1 and 2, Bergen municipality's standard contract for goods deliveries applies and for Part 3, Bergen's standard contract for services applies.

Bergen kommune wants to enter into a Framework Agreement with one service provider for the delivery of switches. Specification and product descriptions are in the price form.
The contract also includes exceptional purchases of other types of switches without exception the procurement of other types of switches than specified and priced, if the parties agree on this during the contract period.
The contract is Bergen municipality's standard contract for goods procurement and has a duration of two years with the possibility for extension for up to 4 years. The estimated contract value over four years is approx. 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Bergen municipality wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for the delivery of supplies related to the requested equipment in Lot 1 (switches). This will comprise all cables, brackets, cable runs, SFP transceivers, screws, etc.
Note that the price list only contains what is considered central products and other products related to supplies for Lot 1 can also be purchased over the Framework Agreement.
The contract is Bergen municipality's standard contract for goods procurement and has a duration of two years with the possibility for extension for up to 4 years. The estimated contract value over 4 years will be approx. 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Bergen municipality wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for installation, configuration and assembly services related to the requested equipment in Lot 1 (switches).
The consultant team offered must be competent and able to implement a training programme (approx. 1 week duration) under the auspices of Bergen kommune.
The volume given is approx. 2 000 hours per year on average. A higher volume is likely to be taken out during the start and less towards the end of the contract period.
