Procurement of regional datacentres

Helse Nord RHF

Two datacentres shall be established in Helse Nord, DS1 and DS2. This procurement includes the necessary infrastructure for establishing DS1. A small part of the procurement will concern DS2.
Overall the procurement is connected with technical infrastructure, including design of the datacentres, water, heating and ventilation HVAC -, electrical systems, security systems and technology infrastructure installations.
System design and detail design are in this procurement. In addition, this delivery contains the installation works and delivery of necessary equipment, interface work, coordination, planning, training, testing, commissioning and participation in test run. It may also be pertinent to purchase further consultant assistance as an option.
The Contracting Authority envisages entering into the following agreements with one supplier after the competition is finished.
— Turnkey contract for delivery of technical infrastructure for data centres;
— Ongoing agreement for support and maintenance;
— Framework agreement for the purchase of goods (limited to goods/equipment included in this procurement);
— Options contract for the purchase of associated consultant services.
The supplier must therefore be able to deliver on all of the above named contracts.
