2021-10-15New solution for documentation and records management – procurement 1 (The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs)
The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) intends to replace its current solution for the management of records, archive and case management.
To accomplish this, Bufdir aims to procure a case management system (including archive core), that will cover Bufdirs requirements, excluding integrations to certain professional and/or local systems. Those requirements will be met through another procurement process.
There are approximately 1500 users within the scope of this procurement.
