IT operational services for Sivilombudsmannen (Sivilombudsmannen Stortingets Ombudsmann for Forvaltningen)
Sivilombudsmannen shall enter into a new contract for IT operational services. Sivilombudsmannen is the Norwegian Parliament's representative and shall check that the public administration is not unjust to citizens. The ombudsman also works towards improving the authorities, strengthening trust to the administration and to seeing that the public administration respects and secure human rights.
