Ruter wishes to enter into an agreement for data traffic over an APN (Access Point Name) system for equipment in public transport and installed equipment, etc. The mobile network's users are bearers of transaction data. A total of 4 000 mobile data traffic subscriptions related to various types of equipment in buses, boats and trams as well as fixed equipment at stops. This number may increase and decrease during the agreement period, dependent on Ruter's future choice in equipment systems.
