Ruter has currently 250 mobile telephones/subscriptions. Ruter will probably require more mobile telephones/subscriptions during the agreement period due to expected growth. Ruter has currently 2 different switchboard systems. The customer centre has a physical telephone exchange system and the operators use land-line/IP telephony services, while the administration centre procures the switchboard system as a service.
The Customer wishes to enter into an agreement for deliveries of mobile telephone and switchboard services, including establishment and operation of a joint switchboard service that shall handle incoming customer requests on the telephone nos 177/ 815 00 176, and Ruter's main telephone no 40 00 67 00. The contract also includes procurement of equipment such as mobile telephones and accessories to employees, as well as equipment to operators at the customer centre and switchboard central.
