The call for tenders applies to the construction of a new Refstad school in Økern, Torgvei 40, Oslo.
The new school must be constructed in the terrain with a ground schoolyard and a roof schoolyard. The school, a four parallel the primary level school, has an area of approx. 10 700 m in two floors. The school shall not include areas for physical education.
The vegetation at the school site shall be preserved. See ‘marksikringsplan’ (‘the terrain preserving plan’).
