The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property shall enter into parallel framework agreements for construction management. The construction management shall represent the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property and the Undertaking's interests at the construction site and must ensure the builder's interests in the entire construction process. The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property focuses strongly on SHA, quality and financial follow-up and the construction management shall be a central contributor for the projects' targets being reached on these points. It is a prerequisite that the construction management has competence in and knowledge of relevant contract standards, e.g. NS 8405 and NS 8407.
The framework agreement also includes the Coordinator function in the implementation phase (KU) in accordance with the builder regulations. This role can be a part of the construction manager assignment or the person/company can be awarded KU as a separate independent assignment.
