The raft is to be constructed out of concrete. It must function as a secure and suitable platform for mooring the entity's 3 working vessels. These will in time be replaced by electric vessels.
The raft must therefore include charging stations for electric vessels, storage facilities below deck, and be prepared for workshop/storeroom modules on the deck. The raft must have sufficient storage capacity to cover the needs of the technical department in the fairway unit.
