An addition in two floors shall be constructed for the current nursing home. The existing buildings shall be renovated and reconstructed. After the completion of the addition and reconstruction the buildings will contain 30 nursing home places, a health centre, offices for home-based care, a maternal and child health centre, psychiatric and physiotherapy facilities with accompanying communal functions and outdoor areas.
