The tasks will primarily be facilitating development, especially business development by establishing networks, and be a coordinating participant as well as supporting those who want to achieve growth in the municipality. The consultant will also be a facilitator who enables the other participants. The consultant must keep an overview of what is happening and at the same time facilitate the commencement of new businesses/expand the existing businesses. The contract can be renewed for one year at a time for up to a further 3 years, to a maximum of 4 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) The selected tenderer must present a tax certificate for VAT and a tax certificate if requested. This only applies if the chosen tenderer is Norwegian, cf. the PPR Section 7-2.

2) Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: There are no economic capacity requirements.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have good experience with the execution of equivalent deliveries.

Documentation: list with an overview of the company's equivalent deliveries in the previous 3 years. The list must as a minimum contain:

• name of the client;

• contract value;

• description of the company's role;

• delivery dates;

• a brief description of the delivery.
