The tenderer shall have the tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
The contracting authority requires that all contracts shall ensure wage and work terms that are not worse than those in the prevailing national tariff agreement, or what is otherwise seen as normal for the place and profession in question.
The contracting authority requires that the tenderer complies with all terms stated in the eight basic ILO conventions.
The tenderer is required to have a functioning HSE system.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
The tenderer shall have the financial capacity to implement the contract and the tenderer shall be creditworthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and experience.
The tenderer shall have experience from equivalent or comparable contracts for the last 5 years. Comparable contracts are in this context defined and buildings of equivalent complexity for disciplines subject to central approval the tenderer shall substantiate competence sufficient for achieving central approval.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contract will include a requirement on wage and work terms, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the regulations on wage and work terms from 8.2.2008 nº 112.
The contract will also include requirements for use of apprentices.
