Buskerud fylkeskommune c/o BFK Eindom shall procure a pavilion building for students at AO (alternative education) at Kongsberg sixth form college. A contract shall be signed for either the purchase or hire of the pavilion building for a period of up to 15 years (5 preliminary years shall be offered at a fixed price).
