Fredrikstad, Hvaler and Skiptvedt municipalities hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for an agreement for the hire of a stand-alone archive core that shall co-exists with the current case processing/archive system.
An agreement must be entered into with a supplier based on the Norwegian Government’s Standard Agreement for facilitation, implementation and management of cloud services delivered on standard terms (SSA-SKY 2021).
The municipalities shall enter into individual agreeements.
A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the attachments to the tender documentation.
