Operational management is carried out by various operators (bus companies and shipping companies) that operate under contracts for FRAM. FRAM has approx. 20 million visitors per year. FRAM is responsible for revenue and marketing.
In order to develop an attractive mobility offer, it is important to know the market and to understand the travel needs of the inhabitants in Møre og Romsdal. FRAM therefore needs to be able to conduct various surveys and analyses, such as customer satisfaction surveys, travel habit surveys and other types of surveys for increased market and customer insight.

We currently conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys on-board buses in addition to an annual web and panel-based survey on travel habits. Through a new framework agreement, we want the flexibility to conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey and other ad-hoc surveys as needed.

Tenderers must have experience and competence within qualitative and quantitative market analyses, including experience from major customer satisfaction surveys, travel habit surveys or other customer surveys that are considered to be relevant for the execution of this assignment. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must provide documentation of experience from two reference assignments from the last three years. This is done by completing the Procedure Rules in Annex 3 Equivalent Assignments.
