The Agency for Water and Sewage (Norwegian: VAV) needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of IoT loggers and sensors with associated operational monitoring via a dashboard/web solution.
The equipment will be used by the Section for Sewage Transport (Norwegian: ATR) for remote monitoring of overflows in the sewage network, water levels in streams/stream grates and calculations of sewage quantities. In the Section for Water Environment (Norwegian: VAM) the equipment will be used for monitoring water levels in dams and in the Section for Water Distribution (Norwegian: VDI) for monitoring the flow/pressure in water distribution networks. It is expected that other sections of the VAV that will need the equipment will be added.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the framework agreement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

- Experience is required from projects of a similar nature and degree of difficulty.

Similar nature and degree of difficulty means deliveries of IoT loggers and sensors with associated operational monitoring via dashboard/web solution.

- Tenderers must have good capacity and implementation ability.

- Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality assurance system suited to the content of the contract.

- Tenderers must have a well-functioning environmental control/environmental management system.

- Tenderers are required to have implemented a quality assurance system that ensures the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contractual obligations for ethical requirements (see social contractual terms, Annex 3b - SSA-R Annex 6). This means that the tenderer has methods for managing the supplier chain and tracking systems that enable follow-up of compliance with (1) Basic human rights and (2) ILO's core conventions.
