Nordre Follo municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the procurement of interpretation services. The contracting authority reserves the right to use other tenderers if a tenderer in the framework agreement cannot offer the desired language. Nordre Follo municipality is constantly changing and developing, which can lead to changes in the need for services (language) in this framework agreement. Tenderers must therefore be prepared that the framework agreement is dynamic and can change in line with this development in the contract period. The framework agreement shall apply for all of Nordre Follo municipality. The contracting authority uses interpreters in conversations with users in the health and school health service, conversations with psychologists, PPT, re-housing new refugees, primary and secondary schools, doctors/sick house visits, dental health services, children and guardians in child protection cases, liability group meetings, NAV finances etc. Extent There are several factors that can affect the extent. Implementation of i.a. the Interpretation Act will lead to increased focus on the use of interpreters. Furthermore, developments in the general immigration to Norway can have an impact on interpretation needs. It is therefore difficult to estimate a correct value. The combined value is estimated to BE NOK 8,000,000 and the other value is NOK 12,000,000, including VAT for four years (2+1+1). The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value for the contract period is only an estimate and does not carry any purchasing obligation for the Contracting Authority. A complete description is given in the attached documents. The delivery location for the services will be all entities in Nordre Follo municipality.

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments, with equivalent assignments means interpretation assignments for municipalities or other government agencies/publicly owned customers. Tenderers shall describe the 3 most relevant assignments during the last three years. Information is requested on which assignments have been carried out, time point for the delivery and the value of the delivery. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
