… The tenderer must have sufficient ability and experience to be able to carry out the delivery.
Documentation: Description of the tenderer's minimum three most relevant assignments in the last six years. The descriptions must also include the contract value, date and name of the recipient (if possible), date of delivery or execution.
Relevant assignments mean planning, organising and implementing national or international events, for private or public contracting authorities. The assignments can be arranged in a physical, digital and/or hybrid format.
At least one (1) assignment must apply to a physical conference with a minimum of 500 participants. Tenderers must refer to at least one physical and one digital/hybrid event.
Festivals, concerts or promotional events etc. are not seen as relevant assignments.
Tenderers are themselves responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents that the requirement is met.
