Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The measure comprises a total of 3 outdoor areas. It is planned to dredge all areas to -10.3 m (nautical chart wool). The total planned deepening area is approx. 21,500 m2, whilst the calculated planned deepening volume is 83,263 m3, divided in 27,801 m3 rock/solid matter and 55,642 m3 uncompacted matter. A through depth in Tjeldsundet is planned to be 11 metres. The project also includes submissions to Lødingen and Harstad. Olagrunnen shall, thus, be elaborated outside lødingen ferry quay at -8.3 metres depth (referred nautical chart zero). Olagrunnen makes up a relatively small amount of 3,485 m3 and consists mainly of rock. Drilling, blasting and excavating matter will be carried out in order to deepen the ground. The masses are planned to be transported to Kåringen, where they are given to Lødingen municipality and used for filling in commercial areas. Because the execution of the project Bognes-Harstad will not be carried out this year, the Norwegian Coastal Administration wants to accelerate the deepening work at Lødingen ferry quay (Olagrunnen). The olagrunnen will therefore be included as an option in this project. See option 2 item 7 in the quantity description.

Other economic and financial requirements: Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Description of requirements/documentation: The tenderer has good finances, this means: The tenderer shall be credit worthy, have satisfactory liquidity and low risk of bankruptcy. A credit rating from a credit rating institution shall be enclosed, such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian. The assessment shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past two years. The credit rating shall not be older than six months from the tender deadline. (Whoever will use other companies to fulfil this requirement shall enclose equivalent documentation from these companies, as well as a binding statement). Tenderers are required to have paid their taxes and duties. Arrears in taxes and duties will result in rejection. A tax, payroll tax and VAT certificate shall be enclosed, not older than 6 months. Foreign tenderers must provide equivalent certificates from the tenderer ́s home country. The documents shall be in Norwegian. Documentation in English, Swedish or Danish is accepted for foreign tenderers. Norwegian tenderers who are not VAT obliged must provide confirmation of this from the Norwegian tax authorities. Sub-suppliers who shall be used in connection with the contract must submit tax certificates in accordance with the requirement, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-2 (3). Who shall meet the requirement: - The tenderer. - Companies that the tenderer will use through a commitment statement to fulfil any qualification requirement. - If several tenderers participate in the competition jointly (e.g. joint venture/working partnership), all participants in the working partnership must fulfil the requirement.
