If a tenderer can substantiate score A or better from D&B, the tenderer is automatically qualified. If a tenderer cannot document the rating requirement, the financial ability to fulfil the contract must be documented with other relevant documentation. These can be accounts, audit reports, annual reports, financing plans or operating guarantees from a bank or parent company. Based on the received documentation, the contracting authority will decide if the tenderer is qualified to participate in the competition.
